Cananga odorata Certified Organic Intensely sweet, tropical floral fragrance with an exotic hint of spice. Calming hypotensive and muscle relaxant; aphrodisiac, euphoric, antispasmodic, antidepressant. Used for oily skin care. One drop in a bowl of warm water makes a relaxing facial wash. A good fixative, it blends well with clary sage, jasmine, bergamot, vetiver, rose, citrus, spice and wood oils. It is the oil that is removed after a certain length of time determined by the distiller for example, say, after the first 20 minutes of distillation. The same terminology is used when we refer to the first press of olive oil as extra virgin. The complete is like a proprietary blend, or a signature of a particular distiller. Complete is when the first, second, and third skims of essential oil are all mixed together at the end, making the EO complete. The Complete and Extra smell virtually identical.
